Class Guidelines - If you are new to yoga, please try any Basics class 1st.
- Please arrive 10 min. before each class allowing time to relax before class begins.
- Please
keep voices low upon entering studio in respect to those who may be meditating.
- Please shower
prior to attending class, have clean bare feet and hands.
- It is advisable not to have eaten
2-3 hrs. prior to class.
- Bring mat or towel
- Advise the teacher
of any health concerns, injuries or pregnancy prior to class.
- Refrain
from wearing perfumes or colognes.
- If necessary to leave early, leave before deep relaxation,
not during.
- Turn off pagers and cell phones!!!
