VINYASA FLOW
True power evolves through the ability to maintain a fluid state of mind and body. Vinyasa is a unique and creative combination of flowing, unwinding, and circular asanas infused with breath and continuous movement designed to stimulate the prana-shakti or life-force energy. Allow your body's movements to become expressions of pure prana! Pranayama or breath awareness, alignment, and hands-on assistance are integral parts of this dynamic class. Classes end in shavasana with elements of thai massage and gentle adjustments made to deepen your level of relaxation. Flow with the pulse of Life! Advanced beginners to intermediate students
 
VINYASA HOUR
Nourish your body, mind and spirit in a one hour well-rounded Vinyasa fest. For those who are short on time, this class is scheduled several times a week. ALL LEVELS welcome!
 
SLOW FLOW & HONEY FLOW RESTORATIVE YOGA
A delicious and restorative yoga practice. True relaxation is often more elusive than we expect. Even sleep doesn't provide it. Sometimes approached through smooth Vinyasa and other times more deeply supported with props like blocks and blankets. This class has a particular ability to create a muscular experience in your body while nurturing and soothing. It will renew your energy and bring conscious, deep relaxation.

VINIYOGA for WELLNESS
Integration of movement with breathing at a foundational level, practices include the tools of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation. Participants will promote alignment, develop core strength, increase range of motion, explore and refine movement patterns, expand breath capacity, deepen concentration, and enhance listening skills. This class is appropriate for anyone who would like to increase flexibility, enhance stability and experience mental tranquility.
 
THERAPEUTIC VINIYOGA
“If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” This ongoing class is appropriate for students new to yoga, those desiring a gentle class, those dealing with chronic structural issues, pain, or illness. Utilizing the principles of Viniyoga, the student can expect to learn postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation techniques in a supportive and appropriately paced class environment. A great class for beginning students!
 
YOGA BLEND
Spiced with variety, vinyasa blend is never the same class twice. Focus, pace and intensity are determined by the energetic needs of the group. Classes may focus primarily on certain areas of the body or on specific postures or techniques. You might work up to particularly challenging postures or visit various vinyasa series, and generally provide a full body workout, along with gifting some inner quietude. All levels welcome, come in and have fun exploring!
 
YOGA ESPRESSO ($5 donation class)
Wake your body up with a shot of caffeinated yoga served specially in this 45 minute flow class.  A straight up shot of all the good stuff. We start at the front of our mats in this strong all-level class, and for 40 min. we do not pause to contemplate our navel rings. 5 min. of blissful rest follow. It'll help put a spring in your step all day long.
 
MELLOW YIN [Levels - All]
A very gentle, quiet experience to bring suppleness to the connective tissues. Mostly floor, supported, held postures. A great class for rest and recovery and a great balance to an active practice, with inspired readings and periods of silence to explore inner sensations.
 
VINIYOGA+VINYASA
Guided by the vital currents of Viniyoga, this class will focus on appropriate application of the practitioner's needs and interests while exploring breath and body awareness.  An eclectic combination of postures linked together to create a light, fun practice to deepen self-awareness and relaxation.
 
PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION (by appointment only)
A private yoga session is a wonderful way for new students to get introduced to yoga in a gentle and nurturing space, or a great way for seasoned students to deepen their journey. Private sessions can be tailored to meet the needs or desires of the individual, whether shadow assisting in posture with hands on adjustments or simply adding in touches of Thai and breath work to allow clients to work deeper within creating a beautifully well rounded sense of well-being. Also available for private prenatal yoga instruction.
