VINYASA FLOW
True power evolves through the ability to maintain a fluid state of mind and body. Vinyasa is a unique and creative combination of flowing, unwinding, and circular asanas infused with breath and continuous movement designed to stimulate the prana-shakti or life-force energy. Allow your body's movements to become expressions of pure prana! Pranayama or breath awareness, alignment, and hands-on assistance are integral parts of this dynamic class. Flow with the pulse of Life! Advanced beginners to intermediate students.
ADVANCED BEGINNERS - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
 
ALIGN & FLOW VINYASA
Class begins with a slow warm up into the core and variations on sun salutations. Then moving into a slow detail oriented practice where the alignment of poses are addressed in a manner to encourage overall wellbeing and safety in the practice, as well as expression of the heart. Classes include an engaging flow of postures, demonstrations, individual adjustments and modifications. ALL LEVELS
 
YOGA BLEND
Spiced with variety, yoga blend is never the same class twice. Classes may focus primarily on certain areas of the body or on specific postures or techniques. You might work up to particularly challenging postures or visit various vinyasa series, and generally provide a full body workout, along with gifting some inner quietude. All levels welcome, come in and have fun exploring!
 
VINIYOGA+VINYASA
Guided by the vital currents of Viniyoga, this class will focus on appropriate application of the practitioner's needs and interests while exploring breath and body awareness.  An eclectic combination of postures linked together to create a light, fun practice to deepen self-awareness and relaxation. ALL LEVELS
 
ASHTANGA LITE 
A lighter version of classic Ashtanga yoga, this playful and challenging class choreographs movement to the rhythm of the breath with detailed alignment instruction and skilled hands-on assists. Grandfather of vinyasa tradition, the Ashtanga system will open you up to experience new levels of strength, flexibility and meditative awareness. Deepen your connection to your Self in this rejuvenating and purifying practice. This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. 
 
SLOW FLOW
Slow Flow Yoga: a practice that will move you through the entire body gently, slowly and sweetly. We will take our time entering, exit-ing and maintaining each posture. A deeply nourishing practice to soothe and restore one's energy. All levels welcome.
 
YIN YOGA & MEDITATION
A practice of long held poses in which we practice being with ourselves exactly as we are. Yin Yoga focuses on releasing the connective tissue in the body creating suppleness at the core and developing a deeper, inner awareness. This class is appropriate for all levels and prenatal students.
 
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A delicious and restorative yoga practice. True relaxation is often more elusive than we expect. Even sleep doesn't provide it. Sometimes approached through smooth Vinyasa and other times more deeply supported with props like blocks and blankets. This class has a particular ability to create a muscular experience in your body while nurturing and soothing. It will renew your energy and bring conscious, deep relaxation. ALL BEGINNERS WELCOME!
 
GENTLE YOGA / GENTLE VINYASA FLOW
Explore the basics of yoga focusing on alignment of yoga postures, yoga breathing, and how to relax on and off the yoga mat. This class will guide students through a gentle slow breath guided journey into the body to stretch and tone the muscles, calm the mind, and soothe the entire system. A perfect class for the beginning yoga student or for those wishing to slow down and go back to basics. Gentle flow will guide beginning students thru a slow gentle vinyasa style of practice. Learning to link breath and movement in a sequence to support your overall well-being. ALL BEGINNERS WELCOME
 
INTEGRATIVE VINIYOGA
Lighten up & let go into a relaxing & balanced yoga practice. Viniyoga essentially translates to 'appropriate application'. Each class will incorporate several dimensions of yoga practice including asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), sound, ritual & meditation -- simultaneously addressing the human experience on multiple levels: physical body, emotional body, energy levels and overall mental well-being. This yoga practice will be developmental addressing your specific interest & goals, helping you to create a stronger and more vital body, deepen your mental focus & enrich your spirit, offering the tools that facilitates such.

COMMUNITY YOGA (DONATION CLASS)
An all levels yoga class to benefit our community. All proceeds go to local AIDS, homelessness, high risk youths, animal welfare, and environmental causes. Practice together and experience the joy of yoga and the satisfaction of giving. Connect with your body and nurture your spirit. No experience necessary.
 
PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION (by appointment only)
A private yoga session is a wonderful way for new students to get introduced to yoga in a gentle and nurturing space, or a great way for seasoned students to deepen their journey. Private sessions can be tailored to meet the needs or desires of the individual, whether shadow assisting in posture with hands on adjustments or simply adding in touches of Thai and breath work to allow clients to work deeper within creating a beautifully well rounded sense of well-being. Also available for private prenatal yoga instruction.
