begin teaching. Please come and support our teachers in training with an open mind and heart. These are some of the best all
level classes. We encourage you to please help our teachers and let them know of any modifications you need, injuries or issues
you may be practicing with. We welcome you to express your experience of the class! * 100% of the proceeds go directly

True power evolves through the ability to maintain a fluid state of mind and body. Vinyasa is a unique and creative
combination of flowing, unwinding, and circular asanas infused with breath and continuous movement designed to stimulate the
prana-shakti or life-force energy. Allow your body's movements to become expressions of pure prana! Pranayama or breath
awareness, alignment, and hands-on assistance are integral parts of this dynamic class. Classes end in shavasana with elements

are short on time, this class is scheduled several times a week. ALL LEVELS welcome! SLOW FLOW
& GENTLE HONEY FLOW YOGA A delicious and restorative yoga practice.
True relaxation is often more elusive than we expect. Even sleep doesn't provide it. Sometimes approached through smooth
Vinyasa and other times more deeply supported with props like blocks and blankets. This class has a particular ability
to create a muscular experience in your body while nurturing and soothing. It will renew your energy and bring conscious,
deep relaxation. SLOW MOON FLOW/YOGA NIDRA This class is similar to the Vinyasa class in that
it's an active practice but a Lunar class moves more slowly and incorporates many poses that are lower to the ground,
such as lunge sequences and hip opening poses. The focus of a Lunar class is on restoration, meditation, and on finding deep
relaxation within strong work. Beginners may enjoy the slower pace of this class. We conclude with a 20 minute guided yoga
nidra (yogic sleep), adjustments and aromatherapy will be given during the 20 minute period.
BASIC YIN-FLOW Connect deeply with your body and open to its innate wisdom through a combination of
flowing sequences and longer held passive poses. Expand your range of motion while gaining confidence, strength and balance.
This practice stimulates energy flow to nourish body, mind and spirit, and inspires a greater sense of peace and relaxation.
Great class for beginning students, suitable for all. FLOWING INTO YIN This class gently prepares the body and mind with flowing
sequences to loosen muscles and focus the mind for the Yin practice of seated and reclined postures which serve to stimulate
the connective tissue. The receptive, contemplative aspects of a Yin practice help us to yield and receive, to touch the deeper
aspects of ourselves serving as a wonderful preparation for meditation.
RESTORATIVE YOGA Exhale the weight of your body into the support of the ever-present earth while unraveling stress, fatigue and disharmony.
Utilizing gravity as a prop, you will sink through your skin and bones, beyond your thoughts, past even the ripples and waves
of your emotions, landing softly into your bliss body, where there is joy, unity and ease. We will begin with Pranayama
to open the energetic channels, and simple Meditation to quiet the mind. Next, supported Asana and gentle movement will continue
to draw you inward where you can survey without judgment or expectation your inner landscape, releasing held tension and opening
to an ever-increasing experience of vitality. A long and luxurious Savasana (final relaxation) will allow the practice to
work its magic.
VINIYOGA for WELLNESS Integration of movement with breathing at a foundational level, practices
include the tools of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation. Participants will
promote alignment, develop core strength, increase range of motion, explore and refine movement patterns, expand breath capacity,
deepen concentration, and enhance listening skills. This class is appropriate for anyone who would like to increase
flexibility, enhance stability and experience mental tranquility.
THERAPEUTIC VINIYOGA “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” This ongoing class is appropriate
for students new to yoga, those desiring a gentle class, those dealing with chronic structural issues, pain, or illness. Utilizing
the principles of Viniyoga, the student can expect to learn postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation techniques
in a supportive and appropriately paced class environment. A great class for beginning students!
AUTHENTIC CLASSICAL SIVANANDA YOGA The purpose of Sivananda Yoga is to propagate the teachings of Yoga & Vedanta as a means of achieving physical,
mental & spiritual well-being and Self Realization. Each class includes: Pranayama, Sun Salutations, 12 Basic Postures
with some variations, Guided Final Relaxation, Beginning and Ending Chant. These classes are suitable for all levels.

ECLECTIC HATHA YOGA Classical Hatha Yoga consists of a series of postures or asanas which exercise every part of the body,
stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system. The asanas work not only on the body's
frame but on the internal organs, glands and nerves as well, keeping all systems in radiant health. Pranayama (breathing),
meditation techniques, and elements of yogic philosophy will all be interwoven into this class. Class will conclude with a
guided relaxation giving one a complete sense of health and well-being. Ecclectic flow class may have elements of yin and
vinyasa. This class will conclude with a silent meditation.
PILATES MAT The Primary focus in Pilates
is on the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks, which comprise the core ("power center") of the body. The system is
designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and tone muscles. Emphasis is on body awareness, controlling body alignment,
and correct breathing though concentration to promote efficient movement. The result is a strong flexible body, with muscles
that are lengthened and toned, rather than isolated areas of muscle mass.
PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION (by appointment only) A private yoga session is a wonderful way for new students to get introduced to yoga in a gentle and
nurturing space, or a great way for seasoned students to deepen their journey. Private sessions can be tailored to meet the
needs or desires of the individual, whether shadow assisting in posture with hands on adjustments or simply adding in touches
of Thai and breath work to allow clients to work deeper within creating a beautifully well rounded sense of well-being. Also
available for private prenatal yoga instruction.
