Amanda Ruscol began studying yoga twelve years ago, and hated it. She practiced on and off for years, enjoying each class more than
the last, until she was really ready to commit to a steady practice. Around that time, she injured her back, and knew that
yoga would bring relief. She enrolled in a teacher training course immediately and has been teaching yoga ever since. She
originally studied Vinyasa and went on to be a third generation student in the Sivananda school, but Amanda loves learning
from as many teachers and paths as she can. She loves to help others find the path and that works best for them, and encourages
her students to make each practice their own. Amanda is also a life coach and a raw food chef at Darbster, her warm smile
will welcome you upon your first visit!
