During this workshop, we will begin with relaxation and then move onto Bhramari Pranayama, meditation on the Aun Kara (Om) symbol, Mala meditation, Kirtan, and then conclude the workshop with a vegetarian feast.
Bhramari Pranayama, also known as the Humming bee breath, is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety.
Malas are a simple string of beads that are used for meditation.
Kirtan refers to yogic chanting, which encourages transformation and healing.
