Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on many levels. Reiki is both powerful and gentle. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance and has many benefits for both client and practitioner, including altered states of consciousness and spiritual experiences. This is not a movement practice, but simply a healing gift of energy.


Please come dressed comfortably and ready to relax on your yoga mat with blankets and bolsters to support you!

Open to all, no prior experience necessary.
