Bindu Yoga studio is a quiet retreat from daily schedules and agendas. Nurture your body, mind, and spirit through the study and practice of yoga with us. In this space, time moves more slowly and breaths flow more freely.
If you’re looking for regenerative, restorative, and flow yoga in West Palm Beach, we’re the studio for you. We have a small studio atmosphere where students can cultivate a personal connection with their practice.
