BINDU YOGA TEACHERS

May we feed your soul, inspire your heart, and nourish your mind

Angela Reinhardt

Angela, owner of Bindu Yoga Studio, RYT-500 and been teaching yoga since 2004. She guides her fellow practitioners to learn and explore the journey of yoga with new depths of the connection of the body, mind, and Spirit.

Combining her training in many styles of yoga with her own style, her classes intelligently blend proper alignment, healthy breath awareness, and the encouragement of a safe environment to celebrate life through a compassionate celebration of the body, just as it is at this moment.

Angela’s goal is for her fellow practitioners to go beyond the compulsion for perfect body form and uncover the insight of our true Self, enabling ourselves to live consciously in touch with our hearts and in harmony with all existence.

He likes to spice things up with playlists he puts together and has a penchant for reggae as the flowing gets going. What you'll experience in Dave's class: centering first, then body/mind flow, and finally an immersion and release into bliss.

Scuba, snorkeling, and motorcycle riding are his go-to adventure escapes and yoga balances it all out. Come share his practice Wednesdays at 10am at the beautiful and zen Bindu Yoga Studio.

Yoga teacher Sinclaire in studio

Sinclaire Dickinson

Sinclaire has a passion for self exploration and expressive movement. She started teaching at Bindu in 2019 after moving to West Palm Beach from Dallas, Texas. A few of her favorite things about Bindu are the chimes by the front door and the fact that the studio always smells nice.

Coming from a digital marketing background, Sinclaire is all too familiar with the disembodiment a screen and a busy mind can provoke. She turns to presence in movement to help alleviate some of that programming–in herself and in others.

Sinclaire’s classes are influenced by somatic movement, functional movement, mindfulness practice, and creative expression.
