COVID-19 Studio Updates
Welcome Back to the Studio!
As we re-open the studio for in-person class offerings (June 13), our intention is to offer our community a sanctuary for the best yoga experience to enhance health and well-being, in the most comfortable, safe and mindful way.
In order to accomplish this, we re-open with an abbreviated schedule. We continue to offer live-stream online versions of the in-studio classes and some classes will continue to be offered as live-stream only. As we all become more comfortable with the in-studio experience, more classes will be added to the in-studio schedule.
We ask that all in-studio participants bring their own props and wear a facial covering when not in their mat space (upon entering and exiting studio).
Class Schedule & Times
Classes are updated on our MindBody page. Next to the class title, you will see the option to sign up for either the in-studio or online version of class. Please visit MindBody for schedule and registration.
Class Registration
Registration and payment are required for all in-studio and live-stream classes.
Please register 2+ hours before your desired class via MindBody Online, or via MindBody app downloaded on your device.If registering for a live-stream class, you will receive the zoom link for the online class via email after registering through MindBody.
No show reservations, or cancelations less than 2 hours in advance are non-refundable.
For the time being, we will not allow walk-ins.

All in-studio packages and memberships will be extended 3 months.
